I have been singing my entire life, which of course does not necessarily make me a good singer, just means I have a lot of practice :). I should note I have yet to be boo'd off a stage nor have any vegetables been tossed my way while on one.
My experience ranges from smaller kitchen/campfire gatherings (no, not at the same time) to larger venues 'back in the day'.
My voice is likely better suited to 'gender bender' tunes and I can muster a rather passable backup harmony most often. My range is more on the lower end of the scale but every so often I surprise myself and hit a few up there! Alas, I am no Ann Wilson.
It has been a while since I sang publicly but the singing continued nonetheless. Life has a way of taking over but now time to consider tossing my mic in the ring again :)

EQUIPMENT
My gear is possibly dated without a doubt so when the need arises, I will just get what I need. :) That said, I have a Shure mic as well as a wireless in-ear monitoring system.
PS - As a singer I travel light, but always glad to lug, set up and tear down.. or get out of the way if that is a greater help!
