ABOUT

Isolated Ground is a piano rock band I founded in 2012 with a couple friends of mine. We played quite a few shows but grew tired and apart eventually as friends tend to do in their mid 20's. Family, marriage, starting a traveling circus, ya know, the usual stuff.
When this happened I returned to the east coast for a year and wrote songs. All the time.
Now I am back I have the fire back in me to get this new material out there and I'm looking for the right people to do it with.
I am not looking for people who want to do this as a side project to their real musical ambitions. I mean that with no disrespect, every project is important but i am looking for the people who want to take this on and sculpt it with me.
Isolated Ground is less a band name and more a reference to the places we will put ourselves, the limits we will push, the heartbreak we will endure and the personal sacrifice we will make to inspire ourselves and write the best new music we can.
