Metal band looking for a skilled screamer/singer to finish recording its demo
Hello, we are currently looking for a screamer/singer with very high skills. Influences are Jens Kidman (Meshuggah), Corey Taylor (Slipknot), Burton C Bell (Fear Factory), with a little madness in the like of Serj Tankian (System Of A Down) or Mike Patton (Faith No More, Peeping Tom, Tomahawk...).
Conditions are:
- to be between 24 and 36 year old
- to have a powerful voice while screaming and singing
- to have a low tone color (the opposite of Dani Filfth)
Being able to write lyrics and vocal melodies is a major advantage.
We can PAY the singer regarding his experience
Intrumentaly speaking, the project does mix the power and violence of Metal to other music styles like funk, jazz, hip hop, electronic ... You can listen to some instrumentals here: http://www.myspace.com/thecorporationmusic
Studio recording available in Montreal to lay down the final vocal lines. If you do live outside Montreal, you'll have to have your own equipment.
