ABOUT
DICKERT GUITARS
Harold Dickert - Custom Guitar Builder
Hand building Acoustic Steel String, and Solid Body Electric Guitars.
Utilizing traditional or exotic woods. This is about making dream guitars come true.
As a guitar player first, I know what I am looking for in a guitar.
For me as a builder, it's about freedom to explore the forests of the word. Willing to look beyond Maple, Mahogany, and Rosewood. So many trees....
From traditional woods and designs, to the radical, with your chosen custom features, it's about making a guitar you can truly call your own.
Yes, this includes the look and feel, the prefect action, the inlays, and gorgeous woods. But most important, it's about your sound! A sound that moves you, and brings you to new places. And, you know... it's hard to do that with the same old guitars.
My web site showcases the various guitars I’ve been inspired to build. I'll admit... It is hard to let them go, but they are for sale. Each one is a little different, with it's own sound and feel. So after you’ve got your Fender or Gibson, Martin or Taylor, when you're ready to create your own sound, a Dickert Guitar could be the instrument to help you do it.
