I'm a very dedicated musician who is in dire need of a band to get up off the ground with. I find that I can only work with people that can use their ear to follow along, as in people who actually have a sense as to what they're doing. This being said, I would like band members who actually contribute as band members rather than relying on the others or dominating over everyone else. I'm into playing pretty much anything, but if you're going to sit there playing as fast as possible and screaming into a microphone, please stay away. Much appreciated.
