I’m completely self taught by listening to cats like; Neil Young [Crazy Horse] or Reggie Young [The Highwaymen & Dobie Gray]; from David Lynch to Bill Frisell or James Bay even.I don’t cover material unless I can put a truly unique imprint upon it. I don’t exactly know what flashy 16th note legatos are but I do like tasteful and haunting melodies.
