Hello! We are currently a duo, aged 20, writing weird alternative folk/rock songs. We have around 4 complete songs right now, and several more on the go. Currently we have Acoustic guitar and violin. Probably looking for drums, bass, piano, and an electric guitarist, though we also are open to other unconventional instruments, so let us know if you play something different and think it could be a good fit. Looking for people who are around 19-25 years old.
If all goes according to plan, we hope to start doing shows by next summer, and do a couple small tours. Our plan is to just focus on recording to start. We want to work out the arrangements for the songs by just recording them and experimenting with different stuff, then when the recording is done we can focus on learning to play the songs together to play them live.
We are both in another band that has been doing shows in Victoria and Vancouver for around 1.5 years right now, we have live experience and recording experience.

Drum kit, Electric Piano, Acoustic Guitars, Electric Guitars, Electric Piano, Two Guitar amps, Bass amp, tons of microphones, 16 input audio interface, acoustically treated recording space.
I (Ellis) have everything we need to record at my studio, and plenty of experience in mixing/mastering etc.
