We are Forsaken Rite, a folk metal band hailing from Edmonton, Alberta. We bring songs of great battles fought, wisdom of our ancestors, drinks, dangerous beasts and epic adventure.
This is our 13th year as a band, and as such we've played many shows, festivals (Loud as Hell, Armstrong, Metalocalypstick, as well as many local fests), mini tours, and a tour of Canada (from Lone Butte, BC to Montreal, QC). We've opened for many larger acts, including such acts as The Agonist, Hybria.
We're a very easy going, professional band.
