I’m a keyboard player looking for a group of like-minded and like-skilled musicians to form a hobby and local gigging tribute band with focus on quality. I’m not looking to travel / tour nor play originals.
My skill level is advanced but certainly not pro; I’m able to learn and play almost any part given enough advanced notice and learning preparation time. I do my homework and strive to get all parts and sounds as accurate as possible.
I’m open as to the artist to cover. I’d prefer Classic Rock bands with piano or keyboards in most songs (think Petty, Styx, Springsteen etc.) but I’d be fine joining a group and playing on a subset of songs (Rush, Fleetwood Mac, Zep, Van Halen, Beatles, etc. - the choices are endless!)
