Bio
Dan Kokol picked up the guitar at age 15 & hasn’t looked back since. Influenced early on by players like Randy Rhoads, Eddie Van Halen & Slash, Dan would practice up to 10 hours a day! Dan soon after discovered the music of Steve Vai, Vinnie Moore, Joe Satriani, Greg Howe & Jason Becker. This changed everything & Dan pushed himself even harder on the guitar & started studying jazz & music theory.

Jump forward to the present, Dan is a highly in demand guitar instructor & session player.
Some of Dan’s past and present performance credits include:
* The release of an original CD with the group “Mindz Eye”
* Guitarist in a production of Jesus Christ Super Star
* Former lead guitarist for 80’s “hair metal” tribute XS
* Dan did all the guitar work on the soundtrack for the film “Hell is not Batavia”
* Had an original song(Room 13 from Alien Water Dance) included in the Joe Satriani tribute CD “Saturated Feedback”
* Guitarist for the Annie Lennox/Eurhythmics tribute “Sweet Dreams”
* Lead guitarist on Canadian pop star Sherrie Lea’s Spellbound tour
* Lead guitar for international pop star Vika’s North American performances
* The recording & release of his first solo instrumental rock/fusion CD “Alien Water Dance”
* Dan has written & recorded 2 original songs for “Leafs TV”
* Former guitarist in a Van Halen/David Lee Roth tribute band.
* Former lead guitarist for Candian Country Artists After Tuesday, Stacey Jamieson, Derek James Tilley & Amy Rose
* Dan is currently working with the following groups/artists:
