Soulful gritty harmonica playing. A Jazzy Mississippi Saxophone style - mostly 2nd and 3rd positon. I've played with a few bands over the years. I'm definitely not a "blues man" but I enjoy the blues and my harp sound is rooted in the old blues. I also like to dabble in and around Americana and pretty much everything from old country through "rock" through blues... Just lots of stuff. But Bluesy Americana could be the best description. I've spent half a decade tripping to Mississippi and Nashville (Americana festival) to explore. I'm a recently retired professional (from day job anyway) so I have some time. Just playing around to see where it settles.
