Classically trained as a child, piano and double bass. Currently play 4 and 5 stringed fretted/fretless basses plus upright, some keys, extensive experience playing pipes as well. As well as genres checked off, also like funk, alternative, metal, R&B. I read music plus can play by ear, plus by watching guitarist or keyboard players' fingers. I am retiring from my day job April 1 2020 to allow more time for music, ie more consistent practice schedule and time for recording/gigging.

EQUIPMENT
main basses are Fbass BN5, Musicman Stingray 4 fretless, Steinberger double bass, also have custom fretless 4 string jbass, custom fretless 5 string, semi-hollow fretted 4 tele-bass, custom 5 string Marcus Miller model, Gibson Thunderbird 4, custom Gibson EB1 replica. Main rig for smaller venues is Phil Jones Briefcase. For larger venues I have a Yorkville Bassmaster XS 800 with DAvid Eden 4x10 and 1x18 cabs; Ampeg SVT-3 pro, with Ampeg SVT 1540cab .
