Looking for a versatile bass player and a lead/rhythm electric guitar player to round out this newly formed group.

Calgary's great one mic café/bistro scene is what we are looking to target, initially. The plan is to collaborate together on a new 10-12 song set list, which would grow over time. We'll include good originals at some point too.

We have the means to record/produce our own demo's to provide to potential venues.

We're trying our own arrangements and even tried some other newer songs but seem to be going back to stuff like this. Pretty eclectic tho...

Dave Y - Bruce Hornsby, Marc Cohn, The Fray, Coldplay, Elton John, Supertramp, Ben Folds, Counting Crows, Black Crowes, etc., plus many more (pretty much anything with piano). I play by ear, so I can kind of 'fake' blues, country, funk, reggae, etc. Always interested in branching out to new styles.

Dave L - Peter Gabriel, Sting, Van Morrison, the Roots, classic R&B and many others. I enjoy many styles of music, and I am open to the challenge of learning new styles. Reggae, jazz and Latin styles are areas I would like to move into. Reconfiguring some great popular songs for the intimacy of cafés and open mics really inspires me. Working with singer-songwriters to develop their own material also intrigues me.
