Hi. You can contact me (604) 210-7570 or my address is davidyellowstar@. I I have lots of originals (which is not an option to list in the genre section so I'm emntioning it here at the top of the list.)
The default settings on the site don't seem to allow certain specifics (the settings only allow selecting 4, and none of the options were what I required which is 'multiple genres') so here are some key things.
-I therefor play multiple genres, originals and covers/tribute. I have 4 entire sets that I practice regularly (apx 140 songs ready now, and tons I can re-polish up, and at least a full set list worth of originals that are great for live performance venues)
-I am most suited to Lead and rhythm electric guitar and vocals, tho I also play acoustic guitar. I also offer back up vox. I am very proficient at rhythm and vocals on acoustic as well. I've had a bi-weekly regular gig playing solo on acoustic, as well as repeating gigs at local venues, ranging from weekly to Monthly. And I often play gigs etc with my long term partner, where we trade off lead vocals and backing each other up.
-I have a studio that I am set up to record in as well.
-I have all the songs I require to start another band, of which are including a set worth of my best live performance genre originals, tho I will certainly consider joining an appropriate existing band. Again where suited my partner also sings lead and back up vocals in a variety of genres, and many we sing together or we back each other up.
-I usually play either solo, or in trios, or 4 member bands, tho I have no concern about Additional players which are ideal for sure, ''the more the merrier'', other than keeping it 'practical enough' as we all know that more than 4 is not very practical for paying gigs locally.

Influences
''Classic Electric Rock'' for a lack of better and more up to date terms, is my most suited and generally speaking favorite genre (tho I am not remotely limited to that, in fact I do my best not to limit it in 'set lists', and my original songs are a fairly wide variety of genres. My goal is 'something for everybody' and ideally for shows, music that people dance to).
Major ORIGINAL influences are 'the biggies' I grew up with and learned the most from doing cover/tributes. Such as Stones, Hendrix, Floyd, Beatles, etc etc etc etc (tons)

EQUIPMENT
A great deal, tho to be specified upon appropriation to discuss. Enough in studio to do practices with Guitars, Bass keys and vocals, (tho I of course recommend bringing your own instrument) and enough full band gear to do parties without needing to get rentals.
