Singer with a strong love for classic rock and pop - think Heart, Stevie Nicks, Amanda Marshall, Alannah Myles, Melissa Etheridge… music with power, grit, and soul.
I’ve had the chance to perform with bands over the years, from local bars and pubs to larger venues like the Toronto Convention Centre and Roy Thomson Hall, as well as some smaller tours in Mexico and California (many moons ago!). I’ve also been part of several large and small competitions along the way - most of which I was lucky enough to win.
These days, I still get up and sing with my former band from time to time, but we’re all a bit spread out in Ontario. I’m now based in Port Hope and looking to connect with local musicians who want to get together, play the od,d gig and enjoy the music again.
I’ve been spending more time practicing on my own lately and would really love to bring that energy into a group setting with like-minded musicians who enjoy the process as much as the performance.
I’m interested in occasional gigs - nothing too intense - just the right mix of playing live, having fun, and making something people actually feel.
I also play acoustic guitar (mainly for myself), but my focus is vocals and performance.
I don’t want to waste the voice or the experience - just looking for the right group of musicians who feel the same way.
