Hey guys! I think I'm a little late in my time playing instruments to finally be looking to jam with people, but better late then never right? I have a few friends but our taste in music are just so off. This made me eventually pick up playing drums and bass summer of 2018. I wanted to practice, get good and record my own song that reflects in the direction I'd like to go. Use that song to find people who like what I like. I'd say I'm finally worthy to jam drums bass and guitar with other people but I'm set back financially to record my own stuff plus I'm feeling just short on inspiration so jamming will help keep that spark alive. I'd like to reach out and try and find someone around my age who's laid back and likes alternative, indie and punk. One music scene that's rising that I'm really liking is Australias surf rock / garage punk music scene. I think it sounds really good and I'd like to get on the band wagon since it's still going today. A couple notable bands are skegss and hockey dad.
