I bought my first guitar in 2012 and have been slowly working at it ever since. Music has mostly been a side hobby while life and work took priority, but in the last few years, I’ve been making more time for it. A few years ago, I also started learning piano, and now I try to practice both instruments daily.
On guitar, I’m mostly comfortable with strumming and pick-strumming. I know all of the important chords/patterns but am still developing lead techniques. I'm always open to find people to jam with. No pressure—just looking to improve, have fun, and play some music!
On the piano/keys, I'm hoping to complete RCM grade 3 this year. I also play some pop songs.

Update as of Feb 2026 - started jamming with a few guys in the fall and the four of us rehearse regularly (drums, bass, rhythm, lead) and the bassist takes on vocals for now. We'd love to have a dedicated vocalist (with or without other instruments).
Our current rehearsal set consists of Foo Fighters, Bryan Adams, Blue Rodeo, Snow Patrol, Radiohead, Eagles, Tom Petty, and The Cure.
