Several years ago I picked up bass on my own and soon added drums. With lots of room for improvement, the variety of guitars I have is more about how they sound differently rather than being an indication of awesomeness, lol. For me it’s about the enjoyment of it.
My music is theory is ok, but I have a pretty good ear (for someone untrained) and I have decent natural timing.
Anybody can grind on a bass root note and sound ok enough, I'm better than that, but I'll never be confused with Pastorius.
It feels amazing when I feel like I nailed something on my pick-up Sundays; the only day I actually spend about three hours playing. I fire up "The Naked Brunch" on London 96.6 FM every week, but I need to play with actual people to get better.
A few years ago I started playing around with audio processing.
I'd like to meet some people to hang out, have a little fun and get better at music.

Influences
I can’t think of anything that I don’t musically appreciate in some way.
My long time favourite song, for some reason, is Interstate Love Song and I play it on bass at a solid 95%. The last five is lost due to a wrist injury which makes some things challenging, and that's also why half my basses are short-scale.
