If they were not worthy of our attention they would not have it, but these Toronto area showstoppers are demanding of it. It's hard to ignore the intense high energy, hard rock coming from this female fronted powerhouse known as Ill of Day. A sound scape of fiery riff laden guitars, body booming bass lines, and heavy handed drum rolls that come together magnifying sound. Enter seductively intense, raw yet melodic vocals and the lineup is complete, completely original and defined by a passionate fever they call a live performance.

Formed in early 2006 Ill of Day has proved to be a force to reckon with. Denise Anselmo's sincere vocals and the gripping instrumentals of Danny Nobrega (Drums) Jay Peirce (Bass) and Adam Lees (Guitars) scratch only the surface of the IOD experience. Their approach to the seduction of the minds eye has won them several awards and nominations through various media outlets such as:
