Playing guitar for 30 years. Picked up bass and drums in last 5 years. Used to be in Bands in High School and University. Have recorded 4 albums with two different Bands.
Have a very wide range of musical interests; from opera and classical, to Blues, to Rock, to Metal, to Mick Gordon - anything with instruments as long as it's not modern Country (old Country is cool).
Sold my stack (Mesa Boogie Single Rectifier with a 4x12 Recto-Standard Cab) and went, pretty much, all digital. I run everything through an interface into Reaper, using Bias FX 2 for guitars/bass, and SSD5 for Drums (using Alesis Crimson2 E-Drums via midi). Super easy to Jam and record....just need some people to Jam with that aren't my kids.
Much more important to be a cool person than it is to be an amazing musician.
