19 y/o seeking passionate and dedicated (and similarly aged), Durham Region/GTA metal enjoyers to start Bio-Terror, a sci-fi/horror-themed death metal band. Down to do crazy sh*t like wearing hazmat scrubs and gas masks on stage. Hoping to write originals and play a few covers here and there (more on that further down) with the end goal of touring if given the opportunity! Influences
I'd be hoping to cover (and take writing influence from) bands like Sanguisugabogg, 200 Stab Wounds, Suffocation, Autopsy, Cannibal Corpse, and Mortician. It would be ideal if you can play some of the songs by some of these bands. Nobody is perfect at their instrument, so don't feel discouraged from reaching out if you aren't an expert (because I definitely am not!)
Members Of Band
Caden: I can play rhythm guitar and bass at an intermediate level (Not a tech death wizard but not a total beginner). I can also do some death metal vocal techniques like false chord lows, tunnel throat, false chord highs and some of those slam inhale sounds. Looking to play guitar or bass and possibly learn to sing at the same time if a better vocalist isn't available lol.
