Looking for bass & drums for 3 piece heavy blues rock. Not looking for writers. If you are into hard rock and metal, punk etc, that's cool. But you have to be a great blues player. if you have access to record tracks at home, that's a bonus. You need great gear and transportation and be able to rehearse regularly. Looking for non-smokers/non-drinkers!. And you need to be able to possibly go on the road in Ontario. Not guaranteed that will happen but you should be able to. Primarily for festivals for a month or more in the summer. It is not imperative. Being committed to rehearsals and being a tight band is the main thing, not necessarily travelling. Also keep in mind, this type of band can't really play in clubs around the local area. More of a festival/concert band. If out playing festivals it may be possible to fill some dates in clubs but it's not a big priority playing local bars.

This can be a side project for you, but you still have to be committed and not miss rehearsals.

My main band is Jeffrey David's BLUES CONNECTION, but it is winding down and we are committed to 3 more albums, but no more rehearsals. No more gigs. Kevin & JD is a recording act, so a side project, we continue to release albums, but no rehearsals or gigs. I have a solo album out and 3 more currently in production. You can find the first album everywhere, called Cuppa Joey.

I am forming a new group. Again, not looking for writers, but lots of creative freedom in your playing. I am happy with 'overplayers,' too.

Songs will partially be from current catalog, as I complete songs for a new album for the new band.

Bottom line, if you're good and meet requirements, please at least apply. Even if it ends up you are not the perfect fit I am always looking for people for recording projects. Thanks.
