I've been in a ton of sh*tty bands over the years, I haven't jammed in a while due to raising a family etc. I'm totally interested in being the best band my garage has ever seen, or any garage for that matter. I'm just in it for the fun. Would love to write a few tunes, cover some cool ones, and grow a bit.
I'd also like to possibly do some open mics with other complementary musicians. I'm a bit fanatical about Rodrigo y Gabriela so another guitar play interested in doing something along those lines would be cool as well.

Influences
Like everyone out there these days, I listen to a ton of different music, but predominately, punk, singer songwriter stuff that RAWKs, but here is the stuff that moves me now. NOFX, Propagandhi, Pennywise, Strummer, Gogol Bordello, The Reverend Horton Heat, Bowie, Rodrigo y Gabriela, John Prine, oddly enough this week I'm in love with The Kinks (Lola vs the Powerman). I also love classic jazz, and a ton of other weird music.
For the record, I no longer play Classic Rock, just can't stomach classic rock radio any more. Played/heard the songs one to many times. No offence to the ones who love it.
