Influences

My biggest influence is definitely Slash. He is the reason I am the guitarist today and the certain style I play. Whenever I listen to him play a solo, literally the whole world stops and I give my undivided attention to listening it. I view guitar solos as a story. To that story, there has to be a beginning, middle and end. Slash has an amazing, God given capability to tell a story through his solos. That is also what I strive for when practicing a solo. Telling a story.
