- You can SING – please share clips or recordings
- You don’t flake – reliability is a must – rehearsals are once a week
- You get that it’s not about our favorite songs, it’s about serving the crowd
- No need for crazy vocal gymnastics – we’ve got harmonies and backups covered
- You memorize lyrics – no reading off your phone or lyric sheets during gigs
- You bring a can-do, no-ego attitude
