I'm from Brazil and I've just arrived in Vancouver... I've been playing guitar (lead) for many years but nowadays I'm a bit rusty ...

I'm currently in Vancouver to study and it would be interesting to meet people to play with.

My last band lasted over seven years and we used to play often in small bars and venues.

Despite the experience of playing with bands, I never wanted or had the opportunity to compose my own songs. So, as you can notice, I'm a guy into covers and it is what I really like to do.

As I had to move from far away, I couldn't bring my babies with me... so, I'm currently playing with a basic set which makes me worried because I know that to make something of quality I would have to invest, at least, in pedals and so on.

Another point that I don't know how to deal with at this moment is the difficulty in getting around. I've been living in West End and as I also don't have a car, carrying a guitar and amplifier on my back is pretty complicated...

Anyway, let see what happens!
