Sick of singing all the same old tired cover songs??? There are tons of other recognizable songs to choose from that aren't done by every other band!
We're a tight high energy rock cover band seeking a lead vocalist, located in south Ajax. We're focusing on upbeat guitar rock, circa the spirit of 1978 post punk carried from the 70's through to the 2000's. Some R&B and rockabilly, etc, sprinkled in there for fun/crowd dancing. Some heavier rock in there but not straying into metal.
The band consists of 2 guitarists (both share lead/rhythm), bass, drums, with backing vocals who sing the odd lead vocal. Age range is late 40's to late 50's. Typically practice 1 night per week (Tues), ready to gig as soon the singer is up to speed. (~40 songs ready to go) Near pro-level, we aim to play the songs at least 95% to the record. Our goal is to play gigs perhaps once a month, mostly for fun, and see how things go from there.
