"Bartholomew plus Three" was signed to Atlantic Records in New York, got a #80 on Billboard USA and went to Top 10 in every major city in Canada. "Hands of the Clock" released on Polydor under the name "Life" with different players. The new project made Billboard plus #19 across Canada. Double-Click to enlarge one of the pics at the bottom left of this page with Mick Jagger & The Rolling Stones. Have opened shows for James Brown, Herman's Hermits, Gene Pitney, The Association, The Loving Spoonful, Peter & Gordon, BJ Thomas, Chad & Jeremy, Johnny Maestro & The Crests.

Influences

Felix Pappalardi - our producer at Atlantic Records while he was co-writing and producing "Wheels of Fire" and "Disraeli Gears" with Eric Clapton & Jack Bruce (Cream).

Neil Ship (Sheppard) who started the ball rolling in a New York "Tin Pan Alley" recording studio. Neil also wrote & produced "Hands of the Clock" on the MP3 player above, winning a BMI award with my second group ("Life") based in Montreal.

Bud Prager - NY showbiz Lawyer and a partner in almost everything we recorded in the USA plus everything Felix produced - including "Cream". Bud had also worked with Chet Atkins and The Everly Brothers in Nashville shortly before we met & he managed Foreigner.

Steve Cooper - Agent and record-deal contact - originally from Montreal, now a Vegas booker for major acts.

Charlie Macey - the best studio guitar player we ever worked with - he did multiple hit records with Carole King, Phil Spector and an amazing amount of other well-known recording artists.

Herbie Flowers - studio bass player for Elton John, David Bowie & Lou Reed when Neil and I were cutting tracks with him for a project with RCA in London, England.

Jim Gordon - drummer for Joe Cocker, Leon Russell, George Harrison, Traffic, Dave Mason, Derek and The Dominos (Clapton), The Everly Brothers. Jim had seven sets of drums in 7 major London studios while doing parts of our RCA project and taking taxis from place to place to be on time...amazing but also a bit nuts, great guy, great player.

Everyone else musical from Elvis going forward plus lots of blues & jazz-cats.
