Looking for a band that does dance music - once or twice a month in the Edmonton area - that needs a talented background or harmony singer to fill out the sound. I don't play an instrument other than the tambourine unfortunately. Influences
I love all kinds of music, a lot of the 80s stuff, Country because it lends itself to great harmonies, older rock, some of the newer stuff. I performed a wide range of music and provided High and low harmonies for all kinds of music ranging from ACDC and Sweet, John Denver and Pink, Patsy Cline and Elvis and many more for many years. I am not really interested in getting together and playing "for fun", I put a lot of time and effort into effort into what I do and I prefer a working band. I am not that familiar with jazz/blues, more interested in playing the kinds of music people love to dance to and are familiar with.
