ABOUT

Hej, I'm Gustavo. I am originally from Peru where I picked up the interest in music. I've been playing guitar for 8 years by now while diversifying a bit into many other instruments. I love to try new ways to explore around rock, quite literally a fan of alternative rock. Combining pop, ska, Celtic and folklore, psycodelic and more is a great way to experiment. I have experience playing in different bands and in escenarios. I have not been able to play much live during the present pandemic and I'm eager to come back.

I enjoy reconstructing songs in MIDI which has also gave me some experience with the sounds of different instruments while also adding some of my own flavour. I consider that covers are a great way to learn and explore new concepts.

I am a lead guitarist but I've branched out into singing, piano, bass and rythmic guitar. I am always eager to learn more and tech others.I also have interest in several languages and music from all over the world and speak fluently Spanish, English and Swedish.

In general, I enjoy trying new things, combining effects and rythms from different cultures. I enjoy long intros with spatial atmospheres and intelligent notes instead of shredding that creates emotion. I would love to share my passion with more creative people.
