The national organization, A.U.U.C. (Association of United Ukrainian Canadians) maintains cultural centres across the country. One of the oldest is the Ukrainian Hall at 805 East Pender Street, where its orchestra has been performing for nearly a century. Now operating under the name Vancouver Ukrainian Folk Orchestra, we are seeking to rebuild to its previous strength having gone through a drought of a few years. It would be a good experience for any serious student; the conductor is a very talented and well-educated musician, Pavel Rhyzlovsky, and quite a few other members are at a professional level
