I am looking to join a party/cover band.
I'm a solid guitarist and singer that specializes in singing harmonies and playing rhythm guitar. I would love a band where I could share the lead singing duties with other people but I may be willing to be a sole lead singer depending on the act. Although I'm not the lead guitarist who can pull a solo out of thin air I'm more than capable of learning leads (no shredding).
I want to join a band that is willing to go the extra mile to put on a good stage show and not just play AC/DC covers wearing Coors Light shirts. The band I'm looking for has a sense of humour about themselves and is willing to play a couple goofy pop tunes and put a fun show ahead of showboating and overplaying.
