ABOUT

Just looking for people to play music with. I'm open to playing shows or just hanging and jamming. I play guitar and I am able to sing (open to background vocals - I have a decent falsetto and enjoy nice harmony's). I mostly play rock music and it's many variants but I am open to playing anything really. If you need a hired gun guitarist, I will happily play your music no matter the style. I'm super easygoing and will happily learn new styles. I'm at a strange point in my life and have lots of time right now to practice so hoping to kind of fill my time with some music projects. I haven't played in a band setting for many years but I play regularly myself and I still continue to learn new stuff and push myself musically. I am uploading a few samples of my playing and singing that I wrote and recorded all parts like 15 years ago... I'd like to think my playing has improved a lot since then but it will give you a small glimpse hopefully. Influences

John Frusciante, Rhcp, Johnny Marr, Elliott Smith, Jimi Hendrix, Frank Zappa, The Beatles, and many more but I'm lazy.... I'm on a pretty big late 70s/80s punk/postpunk/new wave kick at the moment - Gang of four, Wipers, Television... etc. I like a lot of different music.

EQUIPMENT

I have a Fender Strat, a couple of amps (Marshall Origin and a Boss Katana), a huge pedalboard that I can rearrange to suit whatever needs. I have both an acoustic and classical guitar as well. I do have recording software, a mic, and a midi keyboard with a lot of great VST plugins (Moog, Korg, Mellotron) too.
