2 electric guitars, custom builds. One is a strat hybrid, other is a frankenguitar usually tuned for slide, has a wider fretboard for vinyl strings, currently has electric strings.
1 acoustic electric Sammick.
A little Vox amp. It works for practice, I'd rent for gigs.
A multieffects pedal.
A scarlet dual input for recording.
