I am trying to form a musical group consisting of a good mix of approx. 8 to 10 instruments and singers. This group would meet on a regular basis for fun and practice sessions. The goal of the group is to share the joy of music as volunteers at different venues in the local area and especially at Adult Care Homes and similar senior focused places. If you like to sing “oldies”, and or play an instrument and joining such a group is of interest to you, please contact me to express your interest and indicate what your talent is. (i.e. singer, guitar, piano, violin etc.) Please note you don’t have to be sight readers, experts or professional but you should be mature (seniors preferred) and must be able to sing on key and play your instrument at more than a beginner’s level. Depending on the response I will arrange a meeting for further discussion by prospective members.
