I played guitar in bands back in my teens and gigged locally in Liverpool. Music took a back seat for years when I emigrated although I always had an instrument around that I'd pick up occasionally. About 10 years ago I got back into guitar and then about 5 years ago I switched to bass .... I should have played that from the get-go!
