Vocalist, Bass Guitar, Keyboard.

We are My 80s Playlist. We play a mix of pop/rock/hard rock from 1980-1989. We are committed to building a strong repertoire of well-known songs, along with lesser-known gems. When playing covers, in order to capture the spirit of the song, we pay attention to the details and approach the material with a mature and professional attitude.

While committed, serious, and passionate, we have no intentions or delusions of stardom. We are 50-years old and well-settled into our respective careers. We are seeking like-minded individuals with whom to make great music. Creating chemistry and cohesion among band members is as important as creating high-quality music.

Currently, the two members are Rolf (drums, background vocals) and Art (guitar, vocals): high school friends and bandmates in the 1980s who reformed in 2015. The reformed band made progress and played a few gigs until outside commitments of bass and lead vocal members forced the group to disband. We are back and seeking members who want to join us in bringing the best of 80s rock to life.
