Looking for a session keyboardist. WE PAY YOU TO PLAY.
If you are a keyboard rockstar with an 80s bent, contact me!

The Bonfire Merchants are a tribute to a time when music was your everything, and CFNY was the only place you could find it. No streaming. No MP3s or digital downloads. No YouTube. No internet. No music on demand. Just you, your radio, and that faint signal from 102.1 FM in Toronto. The Spirit of Radio. It was like nothing else, anywhere. The cutting edge music that defined the 1980s: The Smiths, New Order, The Police, The Jam, Simple Minds and Depeche Mode. Now the Bonfire Merchants channel you back to the golden age of CFNY. Dial in the sounds you once heard from Live Earl Jive, David Marsden, Martin Streek and Alan Cross. Remix the memories. Dance like you are back at the Big Bop, Nuts & Bolts, RPM or Whiskey Saigon. Reload the Spirit of Radio. Relive the CFNY sound with The Bonfire Merchants.

ALL COVERS PLEASE. We are a tight band that gets paid to cover melodic dance hits that are not your typical top 40 (see sample set list below). Not a note-for-note tribute band, but a very solid and playful group who play to please.
We rehearse together once per week, and our goal is 1-2 gigs per month.

Re: Demos (attached):
All are my own voice (no autotune or other fixing). They are provided to demonstrate vocal range and/or power. I AM NOT PERFORMING MOST OF THEM ANYMORE because of band focus on '80.
