Would like to form a trio or possibly a trio with a multi instrumentalist. Would be a bonus if members had vocal harmony experience.
I have 30 interesting originals in a bluesy vein. I also mean that they are original originals. Have 60 covers.
Would like to focus on gigs on the south side of the fraser.

For MikeThis is a instrumental at the moment, but I may put some lyrics to it and dedicate it to my brother, Mike, who passed away from a fentanyl overdose last year. I am having a hard time processing his death, so I am also having a hard time writing lyrics, so it just may stay this way in its final form.
Tumbleweed (Liam Kidner)
Tumbleweed (Liam Kidner)A song donated to me by Liam Kidner, world traveler and all around nice guy!

The Vodka Duck (rhy and lead gtr)
The Vodka Duck (rhy and lead gtr)Learning Garageband again. This song will be on the upcoming album. Lyrics are ready. I was using this to prepare for home recording. The album will be split between home and a studio near my place. Anywhoo... I really love being able to just relax and solo, soooo soloooooo much fun.
Underwater StarsI really like this track and want to use it for a future album. I think the "emotional content", to quote Lee, is good and it's a nice balance between technical and emotional.
Yeah! This could be on the upcoming album. I have lyrics for it and it was written in 2006ish. The guitar part developed over a lot of time. It was something I had always wanted to do since I started playing. The original song is called "Oh Emma".
Stumblin'A track for the future. Nice and easy and relaxed. I thought the intro sounded a bit like stumbling but then the notes get their footing and meander away on a lazy day. May or may not have lyrics.
Blastin' The Blues
Blastin' The BluesI hear the drums on this one but still need to put them on, or find someone who can (hint hint). It's got a strange section closer to the end.
Baghdad BluesThis is a story that should be widely told: the devastation and wilful destruction of the children of Iraq under the sanctions regime. Denis Halliday and Hans Von Spoenck, who both ran the Food for Oil Program at the UN, quit in disgust of what they had to administer. Bless their souls, and all of those who suffered under this disgraceful and disgusting time in history. I know it's "old news", but 200 000 to 500 000 children dying isn't "old news" to me. I want to rewrite some of the lyrics but not entirely. I also want to resing it, as I've developed a bit since then. It has good raw material in this track though.
Hot Jealousy (Clint Variation)
Hot Jealousy (Clint Variation)Clint was a friend who added a section to this song that gave it some real life. Clint Ponte, I salute you! Again, this is one of those ones that's just up here to fill in some stuff until I can re-record with a full band. This preset sound on Garageband was my favorite. It's called "New Nashville". Sadly, they n ixed it and no luck yet figuring on how to find it.
wahwahblahblahI nicknamed my autowah pedal Ottawa. Just like Ottawa, this song wahwahblahblah has lots of babble coming out of it, but at least it isn't full of empty promises and gutless wonders. At this house of parliament, we get things done! Ya..and if it has to go up to the Senile Senate, we manage to jam it through!
Almost ThereI'll admit, this is wanky. 9 minutes of guitar soloing..but, it was a fun time, and a breakthrough time. It is what it is: a good extended instrumental rock guitar jam while playing over a Boss Dr. Rhythm bass/drum machine preset. I got a Japanese Antigua Stratocaster in 2006 in Kelowna and went absolutely hypo-crazyosis playing it that summer. Enjoy!
