ABOUT

A bassist versatile enough to play 80's keyboard pop, and crazy enough to think playing side 1 from Rush's Hemispheres would be fun. Been in several tribute bands over many years (Rush, Stone Temple Pilots, Eric Clapton), several thematic ones (Big Hair = everything 80's pop, Tridecca - #1 hits of the 90's and 00's) and a smattering of general purpose cover bands. I also write and record original music, collaborating with internet artists to create unique rock tunes. RIP Acid Planet!

I also play rhythm guitar pretty well, a touch of keyboards, and can pull off quite passable backing tracks in just about any style.

I am in it to have fun mostly but driven to play everything fairly accurately.

EQUIPMENT

Yes. If you name a piece of rock gear, I probably have at least one. It might not be the best one ever, but I have enough gear to outfit two small stages and record them both multitrack at the same time. Except for the drums. I don't have any drums.

The bread and butter are my Stingray 5, Stingray 4 and Steinberger bases, Ampeg SVT2 bass amp, Line 6 Variax guitar and Korg X50 keyboard.
