Band to Join.

Hi All,
Moving Back to Trenton from N.S. And just bought a beautiful Hammond XK3c (see picture) All the functionality and sound of my B3 but everything folds up and weighs next to nothing but looks great on stage! Looking for a working band or a promising project. I have been playing my beloved Hammonds for well over 30 years and have performed hundreds of gigs. I love all genres of music but love the big power bands, big hair bands, Joe Cocker etc etc.. I like playing new country and ANY CLASSIC ROCK or blues.. especially blues! cjames.cruikshank@ the email that sounds like geemail. I have an older profile on bandmix but I can't delete it ... can't remember password for it!

The first time I heard Magic carpet ride... and heard that swirling, breathing leslie... I knew i had to switch from guitar to organ... Goldy McJohn (Steppenwolf) is my hero along with Gregg Rollie from Santana... I love playing all genres of music and enjoy adding the unique and fantastic sound of the hammond organ to a band. They are truly amazing instruments! BTW just about every new country hit has the great sound of a hammond organ along with the guitars!!!

Instrument experience:

I recently sold my treasured Hammond B3 (band members just didn't want to move it's 300 plus pounds any more. Went to a Hammond L100 Porta B which died and now have purchased a Hammond XK3c just an amzing instrument! I also now use Yamaha Motive ES keyboard which runs through Mistral Stereo1500 amp into EV 500sx stadium fly speakers... fantastic fidelity
