Looking again!!!!!vJust when things start to move ahead....ANOTHER set back! We just started getting back in the groove and now the lead guitar player bailed! sheesh! . I really would like to keep it local and all , but now I am thinking , if I have to travel to play in a decent band , so be it! I do NOT want to waste my time going from jam to jam with guys that sorta , kinda , maybe , someday if the weather is nice , under the right circumstances , if the wife says it's ok , according to her best friends sister's boyfriends , mom's buddy...... you get the idea. I am all about customer satisfaction. I am a contractor by trade , so the customer gets what he pays for , a good job at the right price. I don't want a half-assed show and expect top dollar , I want a pro show at a going competitive price ,and that means commitment! I am all for that. The days of just showing up and getting a trophy is b.s.! Either do it it right , or go home and practice until you CAN!...the way it USED to be , and the way it still SHOULD be! I have been playing drums for over 30 yrs now , with some really good and some really bad players , all I want to do is hook up with some people who take it serious and want to do the best job possible.
