Here’s the scoop:
We’re a group of mature, relaxed but focussed East End players (vocals, bass, drums; rhythm, and lead guitar) looking for a keyboard player to expand our sound—someone who doesn’t dominate, but tastefully blends into the mix and shines when necessary. Think Benmont Tench, Garth Hudson, Billy Preston, Billy Powell, etc.
Currently, we cover classic rock and other tunes from the 70s-90s, but we’re open to exploring other genres too. We don’t play for a living, so our primary focus is getting tight while having some serious fun. However, gigging occasionally in the future is also a possibility. We have a fully equipped private rehearsal space in East York and rehearse on Wednesday evenings. Backup vocals an asset, but not necessary.
