Hi, I'm Shay! I've been playing piano for almost 15 years, (At first classically trained, now leaning more towards blues as well as Rock themed playing). I love improv, and I'm always looking for new things to discover musically! I've also been singing for about 7 years now. I've never taken voice lessons, but I have a pretty good ear for things. I'm really looking to broaden my horizons in the music scene. I've done some background vocals for a band, and written many songs on my own time. I've also done many, MANY covers. I lean more towards classic rock/ modern rock stylistically for vocals.
I've wanted to find a group of people to jam with for quite some time but have never had much opportunity outside of my friend group. I'd love to be a part of something bigger than just "jamming" at this point, however. I'm open to trying new things, So if you want to get together and work something out, don't be afraid to contact me!
