I have played drums professionally, since the early '80's in Detroit. My influences were Motown, funk, R & B, soul..but I am able to play Living Color, Led Zepplin, Average White Band. I have always wanted to be on the cover of Modern Drummer, but I use a variety of kits; crashes;rides;drumsticks...simple is best. It's the feel or groove, not always the kit.
