I'm 39 and just got back into playing after about an 8 year hiatus. I love playing a good rhythm with a cool sound and I like to create my own tunes. I'm looking for a band that is into good tunes (but no Roxy Roller! I hate that song!) ranging anywhere from Pink Floyd to Judas Priest, Ozzy, Stones, Iron Maiden, CCR, ZZ Top or anything in between old or new as long as it is a good tune. I have always wanted to create an album of originals and would like to meet people into the same thing. I can sing a bit, but I wouldn't call myself a lead vocalist capable of handling all situations. My aspirations at this point are not to hit the road in a crappy van touring backwoods towns, but I would be cool with a local gig now and then and hopefully some studio time to create a legacy.
