I've been playing bass for about 15 years. I played in bands in high school, college, and law school. I've done some very minor gigging around Toronto - Silver Dollar Room, Healey's, Horseshoe Tavern - but nothing remotely professional. I'm mainly just looking for a fun group of people to get together with once in a while, jam, play covers, maybe take on a fun gig or an open mike, time permitting. I can also sing back-up, or even lead, but don't ask me to front and play bass at the same time. That's way beyond my skillset.
