• Is comfortable performing and has a good stage presence
• Is able to sing while physically active on stage.
• Has a unique and powerful voice performing and in the studio
• Powerful voice and can rap (or is not afraid to learn)
• Is professional and committed
• Can take constructive feedback
• Local or willing to travel
